On-Boarding Coaching is a service that assists newly hired employees:
  • Successfully and speedily integrate and assimilate into a new organization.
  • Gain clarity on performance expectations early on.
  • Learn and adjust to the organizational culture and norms.

How this is accomplished:
  • Provide the newly hired professional or managerial employee their copy of Your Journey to Success; an interactive workbook designed to guide the newly hired employee through the critical parts of the transition process.
  • Schedule and conduct 3 45-60 minute telephone coaching sessions with the new employee in their first 60 days with a trained on-boarding coach to facilitate their integration and assimilation into the organization.
  • Develop an integration plan with milestone dates for accomplishing necessary transition steps.
  • Provide the newly hired employee with an objective resource and sounding board to guide them through their integration challenges.
